10+1 years ANASA: 20/09/2018 everyone at Zappeio Megaro!
ANASA, the first Non-Profit Company for the support of people suffering from Eating Disorders, is celebrating its 10+1 years of service!
ANASA will celebrate its 11 years of operation and 10 years of existence and offering of the Day Center by holding an anniversary presentation of its important work in Greece with a big celebratory event at Zappeio Megaro.
The celebratory event will take place on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Zappeio Megaro and will include:
1) Press conference at 12.00-13.30 in the context of which will take place:
- a) Presentation of the social work of ANASA and ANASA DC, by:
The President of ANASA, Zeta Doukas
The Vice President of ANASA, Eva Salaminiou, clinical psychologist, B.Sc, M.Sc, Ph.d, CPsychol and
The Scientific Manager of ANASA DC, M. Kuntza, psychiatrist, MD, Phd
A representative of the Ministry of Health will attend and address the event.
- b) Discussion under the title: “10+1 years of ANASA’s presence in Greece: The importance of its cooperation with public mental health structures”, with the participation of the following:

2) Open Dialogue with the public at 15:00-17:00, during which members of the Clinical Team of the ANASA Day Center will discuss and answer public’s questions and concerns on the subjects of Eating Disorders. The purpose of the action is for the public to obtain complete and scientifically valid information regarding the nature of these complex disorders, to get to know the social work and people of ANASA up close and to be informed about the programs and treatments offered, through Day Center.
